
ACCELERATING EQUIPMENT DEPLOYMENT SCHEDULE
The first shipment, comprising 10 sets of wind turbine equipment, was received at the port in accordance with the project schedule. Immediately upon arrival, all relevant parties commenced coordinated unloading operations, technical inspections, configuration verification, and equipment arrangement in preparation for installation.
The timely delivery and staging of the wind turbine equipment constitute a critical prerequisite for the commencement of the electromechanical installation phase, helping to ensure that the project remains on track for completion and commercial operation as planned.

COMPLETING THE FOUNDATION FOR THE INSTALLATION PHASE
In parallel with equipment receipt activities, the offshore wind turbine foundations of the project have been substantially completed, providing a solid foundation for the units installation in the subsequent phase.
As the Project Management Consultant and Supervision Consultant, PECC1 continues to work closely with the Client and contractors to maintain effective control over project schedule, quality, and safety throughout project execution. Construction activities are being implemented in a coordinated manner to ensure seamless integration between infrastructure works and equipment installation.

TOWARD COMMERCIAL OPERATION TARGET
The Soc Trang 7 Wind Power Plant Project – Phase 2 consists of 19 offshore wind turbines with a total installed capacity of 89.3 MW. Upon completion, the project will contribute additional renewable energy capacity to the national power system, supporting the energy transition agenda and promoting sustainable development.
The arrival of the first batch of wind turbine equipment represents an important milestone, demonstrating the project's positive progress toward achieving its objective of commissioning and commencing operation in accordance with the approved schedule.
