It was a great honor for PECC1 to welcome Labor Hero of the renovation period Thai Phung Ne - Former Minister of Energy; Mr. Tran Dinh Nhan – General Director of Vietnam Electricity (EVN); Mr. Pham Nguyen Hung - Deputy Director of Electricity and Renewable Energy Department, former Chairman of the Directors Board - General Director of PECC1; Mr. Nguyen Tai Anh – Deputy General Director of EVN, Chairman of the Directors Board of PECC1; Corporation leaders, the representatives of the Company's partners, the former leaders and many Company employees over the years, took their valuable time to attend and share the joy at the ceremony.

In the welcome speech, General Director Nguyen Huu Chinh expressed his deep gratitude to the contributions and encouragement of the previous generations, the trust and companionship with the company during the past journey of EVN's leadership, EVN's departments and customers, partners, and especially the best efforts of all company’s employees. Mr. Nguyen Huu Chinh affirmed: that PECC1 will continue to promote the traditional market exploitation as well as exploit the new potential market. At the same time, PECC1 will focus on the management mechanism renovation and improve the consulting capacity to meet the increasing requirements of customers and investors. The company will also continue to overseas markets expansion; sustainable development orientation, brand value enhancement through resource development, and consulting professionalism in energy, industrial, and infrastructure construction. These will make the Company become one of the leading brands in Vietnam's power sector, affirming its capacity, prestige, position, and brand in the national and international market.

Speaking at the ceremony, General Director Tran Dinh Nhan congratulated, praised and recognized the proud achievements that generations of PECC1’s officers, workers, and employees have achieved over the past 40 years. He expressed his belief that PECC1 will continue to promote its tradition and achievements, perform well its assigned tasks, and contribute more to the development of the power sector and the country in the coming years so how to commensurate with the position and potential of the Company and the belief of the Party and State, as well as of EVN for PECC1.

In the extremely emotional atmosphere of the celebration, former leaders and officers of PECC1 over the periods had touching sharings about memories in the years of "spending all the youth" working at the Company with a message to the young generation currently working at PECC1. Those sharing words helped increase the motivation for the creativity, effort and development of each employee to unitedly strive for the future of the Company, help PECC1 continue to develop to new heights, and bring the company to the next level so as to become the leading firm in the energy field of the country and have enough competitiveness and international integration.

On behalf of the Directors Board, Mr. Nguyen Tai Anh - Chairman of the Directors Board expressed his sincere thanks for the presence of distinguished guests, generations of PECC1 officers, and employees at the ceremony. He also expressed his appreciation for EVN’s leaders’ close attention to PECC1, for the sentiment and companionship of officers and employees who have always followed the company. Mr. Nguyen Tai Anh said that in the current period, the Directors Board of the Company is focusing on the orientation of building a strong PECC1 in terms of management capacity, deep technical expertise, science and technology application, operation flexibility to bring high efficiency in production and business, based on building and maintaining a high-quality workforce, putting employees at the center of the development process, thereby creating sustainable value for customers, society and shareholders.
